PythonPath modification goes wrong on miniconda3 #7

A quick heads up I just noticed that in some cases the PYTHON path is resolved in the wrong way. I will fix this tomorrow.

OS: Linux Ubuntu 18.04
CONDA version: 3
ROS version: Melodic
