Remove franka_ros hotfixes #35

The franka_ros submodule now contains a hotfix that can be removed if the bug is solved in the upstream:

https://github.com/rickstaa/franka_ros/commit/8114ed28630851cd09eed7c92bac51a70ef1ee03: This was added since the gripper PID gains found in the franka_ros repository are not correct (see https://github.com/frankaemika/franka_ros/pull/209#issuecomment-989159425).

It further already applies the following pull requests that are not yet merged:

When all these have been merged we can follow the default franka_ros branch again.
