Thank you for this plugin. It seems very useful for my project. But I'm facing an issue with fitting the plots. I got fit peaks (yellow) and possible peaks (red) for all the lanes only for one image. But when I tried different image, it's only shows all the peaks for the ladder lane and only profile peak (black) for the rest. And only getting fitting information for ladder lane, and no Fit summary report. I'm not sure what is happening. I tried both Mac (it worked initially with Mac) and Windows but I'm not getting other peaks other than the profile peak. I even re-installed Image J but still no luck.
Could you please help me with this issue. Thank you in advance.
