You have and excellent code and everything seems fine until you click on the doctor's login and you start experiencing the errors, After going through the code I found out that under the main assets there needs to bea folder for Inc and should contain some nav.php , footer.php and some php codes for the call and responds to take place

Yes please it is part of the readme
