Move the 'packed' flag from packing page on to this page. Name it as Final Check?
Only when all items of a buyer has been verified, and unit price is entered, allow packer to mark it completed.
Remove the individual email option...
When all buyers are complete, then an email button would be displayed.
one click of this email should send an email to every buyer of this order CCing G.
