Setup test coverage #26

Description

This PR integrates test coverage reports with kotlinx-kover and uses codecov-action to show report on pull request CI pipeline.

How to verify

  1. CI pipeline runs unit tests.
  2. CI pipeline shows test coverage on pull request.
