Description

This PR adds a KeyTooltip when a NotationKeyButton is clicked or dragged.

How to verify

Case 1: Verify if the tooltip shows the correct notation when NotationKeyButton is clicked. Case 2: Verify if the tooltip shows the correct notation when NotationKeyButton is dragged.
