Adding diagnostic option #47

Provides the ability to check the the skills connection with the emby server and if the skill can auth with the provided credentials.

Resurrecting some old code and it appears I have multiple diagnostic methods but only one is called :face_with_head_bandage: I'll be working on removing the duplicate and then update the MR

Updated the MR and removed the additional diagnostic method.
