What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load page
2.Any page will enact the substitutions.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to see an exceptions list for certain sites. Unintended replacements 
can be problematic.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.14.0, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is done since several versions back. You have to add an exclusion url, 
i.e. an url starting with a dash, e.g.: -example.com.
