How exactly does this add on work?

How exactly does this add on work? 
I ma trying to edit the text in a  wiki like this page:

http://deadrisingwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Handbag&action=edit

How would I go about doing this? Maybe a video tutorial would help?

I play with the options and nothing seems to work.

One of the use cases is to replace using the replace bar, which is what I think 
that you need in this case. Just go to Edit -> Replace, or Firefox -> Replace, 
or press F8. The rest should be pretty self-explanatory.

If this isn't what you need, then tell me what you want to do and I explain to 
you how to do it.
