FoxReplace does not work on XenForo-powered message boards #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to almost any message board that is powered by XenForo
2. View thread

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that text is replaced in the body of each post in a 
XenForo-powered message board.  Instead, only those inside HTML coding and in 
quote boxes have text replaced, while the text is not replaced in the body of 
the posts.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 0.12.2.  The problem is on all operating systems.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is an important problem, because many popular online message boards are 
powered by XenForo.

It's exactly the same problem as in issue 53.
