Describe the bug After uninstalling laptop-mode-tools, the CPU is stuck at 1.4Ghz, and the system is generally very laggy.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior The CPU runs like before installing laptop-mode-tools

Somehow, 20 reboots later, this fixed itself...
