Exogenous latest developments

This PR contains the latest development of the exogenous land transport (toy) model, which (hopefully) addresses all the comments made in the previous PR (see https://github.com/ricnogfer/pypsa-eur-sec_land_transport/pull/19 for reference). To get an idea about this development, please check commits descriptions as well as the embedded comments in the code.

This exogenous land transport (toy) model can be launched either using the Python interpreter (i.e. python model.py) or the Snakemake tool (i.e. snakemake -j1).

Concerning the comments you have submitted:

• Logic to calculate transition paths with different planning horizons has already been implemented (in this PR) in function of what is defined in the config.yaml file (https://github.com/ricnogfer/pypsa-eur-sec_land_transport/blob/exogenous-dev/exogenous/config.yaml#L9-L16).
• Unless overlooking something, the present PR plots the evolution of the generators, stores, ICEVs and BEVs throughout the different planning horizons. To illustrate, please see some plots attached to this comment.
