from now on all dynamic routes will be prerendered during build process, pages will be verified after 60 secs when new request comes in, without making user to wait for the fetch on server side
this boosts also loading performance by enabling prefetching for generated sites.
This applies to all Link components in a view
Let's test this properly first on Vercel, then we will talk about merging it to production
