Could you please provide a crash report?
I am new to this stuff. How to get that ?

They are saved into ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ and start with the app name that has crashed, in this case Xcode. You can locate this folder by opening Finder and selecting Go > Goto Folder and pasting the path.

I've tried to reinstall plugging but this didn't help out. When I remove plugin Xcode works fine
