Could you please paste the output of

defaults read /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Info DVTPlugInCompatibilityUUID

For me it is the same as it has been since the GM.

This is what i expected. Without more input from you i cannot help resolving this. Did you check if the xcplugin is in the correct location? Are there some log outputs in Console.app?

Nvm, I removed the plugin and recompiled and now I have it. Problem is now that it gives me all the pods to be updated with older versions. Please see the other open issue
