enhancement to show known bugs as they are created and fixed

Would be informational and fun to visualize data from
jira/bugzilla/fisheye/git comments or similar and show little guys make and
fix bugs.

JIRA ChangeGroups can be exported easily to SVN log format:

$ sqlplus jira@jiradb @run_jira_gource.sql
$ gource jira.xml
