please somebody help. Also for some reason the compiling worked on windows 10 for me

I'm not sure but it's probably because a new Haxe version got released and we haven't made any fixes for it yet. Try using Haxe 4.3.3

Try haxe 4.2.5 or 4.3.3 (as far as I know 4.3.3 and above have bad performance issues anyway?)

tried using 4.2.5 same error will try 4.3.3 rn

I think I might know why, you either didn’t install the MSVC compiler needed, or the visual studio installation got corrupted, I would try reinstalling the needed components first, as shown in the screenshot
