I just tested it with the two accounts I have access to and it works on both of them. The region setting for the VOC app is set to Europe (assuming your car is in Europe)? This is the default value, but the only thing that I can think of that could cause an error.
After installing the app I want to configure it. In order to do that I need to log onto my Volvo On Call account. The app comes back with the message that the info I entered is not correct. However when I enter the same info on the volvoid site all works fine/ What can this be?
