SSH server gets stuck on `CLOSE_WAIT` #10

The SSH server doesn't always close connections cleanly, resulting in getting stuck and making it impossible to receive new connections. The behaviour seems to appear randomly after a while, maybe if clients let the connection time out it appears more consistently.
