Load model with initial color map/transfer function #33

salt should be halide, tempurature should be thermal
transfer function should have a point at min,0 and one at max, 1
don't show enable color map, auto-enable and instead show drop down with which color map

@kmilo9999 will take care of making sure the model initializes with a colormap enabled. @RobertGemmaJr will send the path of the colormap according to the volume to load (colormaps/haline.png for salinity and thermal.png for temperature) the same way the other volume properties are being passed to my-loader.js
