Refractors Controls, ColorMapControls, and VolumeViewer to functional components - changed to .jsx files to reflect.

Adds a wrapper component to the VolumeViewer and Controls component. This will be the entry point for when pull out the viewer as it's own package.

redux and react-redux have been completely removed from the project. I also removed some other dependencies we aren't using anymore.

I removed all of the props that my-loader.js wasn't using (meaning VolumeViewer didn't need them). A couple variable name changes and other misc. changes along the way.
