Also note that if the application is under a sub-folder of the Web root, 
then the sub-folder
should be removed from the rule. For example, if the application is under
`http://www.example.com/sandbox/blog`, then we should still use the same URL 
rule as described
above without the sub-folder `sandbox/blog`.

Maybe it is just my English but I do not understand the meaning of the above 
paragraph at all.
