Duplicate uploads #44

It may save time and resources if the server hashes the uploaded files and warns if it's a duplicate; especially if it's a duplicate of the last thing uploaded.

I thought of this because windows wasn't overwriting the zip file I was updating, and every other upload for the last hour have been identical.

Interesting point. Not top priority for us at the moment, but I'll add it to the TODO list.
