Ranking system - enlarge sigma with upload of a new bot #45

The ranking system should - in my opinion - give a trustful outcome of the true ranking of the bot within 24 hours. Especially with new versions of the same bot, this is now a problem (personal experience).

Suggestion is you enlarge/multiply the sigma with the upload of a new bot. We will have to experiment with the amount, but maybe we could give a try with the average of some max sigma and the sigma before the upload of the bot?

We're going to work on a better ranking system at some point. But there are a lot of details that need to be worked out in order to find the optimal solution. I like your suggestion, but this also has some drawbacks, such as people uploading just to reset their sigma.

I'm going to put this one on hold for now, but this will definitely be addressed later.
