Golad: second player does not get turn in 100th round #64

When a game lasts to the 100th round, the second player does not get a move, for example, see https://starapple.riddles.io/competitions/game-of-life-and-death/matches/1e20a8db-e210-462d-b1d1-d13dde25d988/. Or the second player does get a move but the move isn't shown on the game-board.
