Fix Link Hitomi.la database and downloader #1469

I can't update database hitomi.la current please fix it in fmd program x86 bit or x64bit. please upgrade system program downloader fix some issue and the last please a last modified database can be group because hitomi.la have group in link i hope u can add it in the future.

check the hitomi.la site if it's opened in your browser

if it can't open, you can outsmart it with vpn or edit your windows host
