FMD Downloading too fast #1475

As most of us are probably aware, downloading too fast from MangaDex results in a ban. I must have just ran into a critical mass of follows, because now I get banned just for checking for updates, where I was not getting banned before. I already have all my concurrency settings set to the minimum of 1 thread, 1 download etc. Is there anyway to limit fmd to only making 1 download request per second, as any faster is the cutoff for the MangaDex ban?

mangadex has a limit of 500 hits per 10 minutes, basically if you follow more than 500 mangas and update = ban
