[Request] Mangadex manga list and additional prompt #1607

I don't update my mangadex manga list anymore because it gets your ip banned. So I think you should add an additional prompt telling you that you most likely will be banned.

I would appreciate it if you would add a monthly manga liste of the mangadex series to download.

Mangadex hasn't been updated since August according to the repo last update. Personally I just add the new things manually.

I've updated mine, but it seems there are some duplicates. If you're okay with that, i can send it. I will delete and recheck mangadex database later. When it is finished, i can send it again.
