Database connection error during installation

Hello. I'm running the CICOOL installation wizard, but it can't connect to the database, it says it can't read, and I've checked the username, database and password in detail.

What can be happening? I share the photo

Can you check the connection user password port and etc is right ? Because that's error message from mysql

access denied seems you need to assign mysql database to this user

you can do it own your hosting
