Settings Refactor and 1.12 Fixes

Rewrote a lot of settings related code and fixed a few issues

• Settings menu now uses a flow coordinator and is found in the left panel instead of in Mod Settings
• Video screen is now hidden in menus, except for when settings or the video menu are open
• Settings now apply immediately
• Plugin is now disabled in multiplayer (not showing screen and not trying to load videos)
• Unrelated to the above, the issue with video playback no longer working in singleplayer after playing in multiplayer is fixed
• Added a new setting to disable the preloading of search results immediately after selecting a song
• Disabled search preloading regardless of setting if a video is already configured for that song
