Duplicate entry for vanetza submodule in .gitmodules #24

During rebasing of our internal branches, I stumbled upon a duplicate [submodule "extern/vanetza"] entry in .gitmodules (Lines 8 and 19 in current master: https://github.com/riebl/artery/blob/master/.gitmodules). Most probably has no effect, yet one of those could be deleted, I guess?

Thanks for pointing this out, haven't recognised this yet. It is fixed in 90e2609.
