Set Window Title #33

Adds the default window title "reStream" and the option --window_title <title> to set a custom title.

The recording of videos is still possible. The window title option is not used when recording a video.

Thank you @cloudsftp for the PR! I've changed the option to -t --title because it was a bit simpler.

Unfortunately, the README doesn't fit the options anymore. It says the option is called --window-title in the README. I can submit another pull request to fix it if you want.
