[Bug]: Remove Hash function works wrong #49

Error

Remove Hash function works wrong. It removes not only "#" symbol, but also the icon in front of it. PS: It's the sandbox vault with default theme.

I just found out that the prefix will be displayed as long as the "text size" option is set.
