Verifying Binaries Submitted to Appstore #1

abit: Great work. Hope that there are ways to verify the binaries provided by App Store are compiled from given tagged source code without change. As @arhag pointed out, this discussion will likely be relevant for us: https://github.com/WhisperSystems/Signal-iOS/issues/641

I've commented on the Signal issue in an attempt to open up the discussion about what practical steps we can take to get Apple to support this. Please feel free to comment as I believe this initiative will require dev-community-wide support.
