This is due to your server being poorly configured. The way to resolve it will
be to remove the .htaccess file from the /vqmod/ folder

Deleted the file, but still no acsess. The same error msg. appars

Then it's either not vQmod or you've got invalid permissions on the files.
Contact your hosting. This is an error that APACHE (your webserver) throws so
it's a configuration issue not a vQmod specific one

Is there some way to uninstall vQmod form the files menu? I got access on the
FTP server, just not the control panel.
Or is it to integrated in the files when it's first installed?
