Bugfixes for tsunami deus wrapper logic

We currently have some problems on the logic & the database queries within the tsunami deus wrapper.

This affects the following things:

• extraction of modelprop schema for the deus run
• check if an deus run was an earthquake run (and not a tsunami one)
