Last IPO version (1.7.5) before Bioconductor release #47

Why not bump to 1.99 now, and have it as 2.0 in BioC ?

IPO is already available as 1.0 on Biocondcutor 3.4. Wouldn't it be misleading to jump over to 2.0?
