new UI settings misses "Add plus role" option #542

i like the "Add plus role" setting. when using the new UI though (unchecking "deprecated UI"), that option is hidden, and when i go back to the deprecated UI, it shows it as being unchecked. e-mails sent to me also don't have the useful +tags on them.
