How to run the ffplay app from the ffplay featured project download #6

Hi,

How do I run the ffplay application on iphone? It does not show up on the
Springboard so presume the application does not have a UI. On running it
from the command line, the console just hung.

Is there a specific way this has to be installed and executed on the
iphone?

Regards,
Aloka

Hi Aloka,

Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch to your Mac OSX and run "Build & Go" from XCode.
Make
sure the Active SDK is set to Device.

Hi,

is this working with an official provisioning file? I don't get it to work on a
(nonjailbroken) iPhone with the
newest iPhone SDK

Best,
Hans

Hi,

Yes, you need to change the provisioning settings in the project to use an
official
provisioning file. I'm not sure what the settings should be, though.

Cheers,
Yonas
