not work with sScrollY or sScrollX options of dataTables #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use "sScrollY" or "sScrollX" options of dataTables

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see text column headers instead of filter input elements

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

* Version:     0.9.0
* jQuery JavaScript Library v1.4.2
* http://jquery.com/

I confirm the problem is still here one year later, with versions:
jquery: 1.9.1
dataTables: 1.9.4
columnFilter: 0.9.0
