I was copy / pasting model into Model Generation Data from

https://civitai.com/images/714150?period=AllTime&periodMode=published&sort=Most+Reactions&view=categories&modelVersionId=63786&modelId=25494&postId=195042

(masterpiece:1.3), (8k, photorealistic, RAW photo, best quality: 1.4), japanese, (1girl), beautiful face, (realistic face), (black hair, short hair:1.3), beautiful hairstyle, realistic eyes, beautiful detailed eyes, (realistic skin), beautiful skin, attractive, ultra high res, ultra realistic, highly detailed, golden ratio, Negative prompt: easynegative, bad-hands-5, ng_deepnegative_v1_75t, bad-picture-chill-75v, bad-image-v2-39000, verybadimagenegative_v1.3, painting, sketches, text, cropped, jpeg artifacts, ((monochrome)), ((grayscale)), (worst quality, low quality, normal quality, blurry:1.4), (ugly, morbid, mutation, disfigured:1.3), out of frame, long neck, age spot, skin blemishes, mole, acnes, cross-eyed, unbalanced eyes, different eyes color, extra fingers, mutated hands, bad anatomy, long nails, bad proportions, extra limbs, malformed limbs, missing arms, missing legs, extra arms, extra legs, fused fingers, too many fingers, twisted legs, fused legs, long neck, username, watermark, poor facial details, bad composition, deformed body features Size: 512x910, Seed: 3432655998, Model: braBeautifulRealistic_brav5, Steps: 20, Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras, CFG scale: 7, Model hash: ac68270450

When I sent to txt2img, the Negative Prompt Data included all the sampler settings, size, etc, and the other info did not transfer over.

Once I edited the Model: braBeautifulRealistic_brav5, to be the name of the file that's downloaded from civitAI "bra_v5", everything else transferred over. The Hash matched the entire time.

That sounds like a big problem. I have everything renamed. Posting here so I know when it's fixed.

@lionrooter I can't reproduce this error. Am I doing everything that should cause it here?:

the model name download should be different, but the hash is the same. So if you change the name of the model, to just brav5 or anything else, that's where the issue happens.

When I downloaded it from CivitAI it was brav5, but you have the full correct name there, so it all aligns so the error isn't reproduced

it was brav5 for me, too, when I downloaded it. I changed it to the longer name from your post to try to reproduce the issue you were having.

I had the same problem when I moved some of my models into sub-folders. Model Preset Manager could no longer find the URL, or the Local Model Info that was previously generated.

FYI, my folders are structured as follows: 1 - Favorites 1 - SD 2 - realisticVision

This allows me to organize my models by priority and group them. I tried sub-folders without spaces in them, but got the same result that Model Preset Manager could not load the models.
