Add Integration Testing via GitHub Actions and Remove CircleCI #86

Adds a docker-compose file for integration testing, that can be run in local machine
Adds a GitHub Action to run the said integration testing
Removes Circle CI
Updates on some package versions
Moving Avro examples to new file
Reflecting these changes to README

I'm planning to merge this and create a new release on Wednesday.

@riferrei I have merged this commit, but can't remove the CircleCI build because I don't have admin permissions. Could you stop CircleCI builds for this repository from now on?
