[PER-34] Document all hardware and networking in Netbox up to 2024-04-14 #14

We need to do a very detailed network map in Netbox leading up to 2024-04-14.

It should cover every VM, every network cable, every component we can think of that Netbox is capable of tracking.

This is a huge task, so let me know what help you need with it.
