Dashboard Updates

As a user, I want to understand the purpose of Riff metrics and how to use them as part of my course experience, so that I get the most benefit out Riff in my learning experience.

Story Acceptance Criteria The goal of this story is to update the EDU dashboard to include the Network Graph more overall framing and context of how to use the Riff dashboard and metrics.

Tested in Chrome / Staging. The original design called for the Influence graphs to be scaled to the same size as the donut for a uniform look. Given that we want to overhaul that graphic anyway, and the time frame of the deployment for NEXT, accepting this story as is.
