Timeline isn't showing tick labels on the x-axis #133

Description

On the riff-platform dashboard riff-rtc ver 1.2.0-dev.9 I'm seeing many timelines which dodn't show any ticks or tick labels on the x-axis.

Looking at more timelines, the tick labels that show up are at 00, 15, 30, 45 past the hour.

I do expect some reasonable tick marks/labels.

Post discussion w. @mlippert on the testing notes in PR rifflearning/riff-rtc#126, the requested change is:

On the timeline, do not display start and end times. Instead, evenly distribute the tick marks and label each one.

@mlippert - did you make the change we landed on, or should I move this back into the sprint backlog? Thanks!

oh sorry, and to answer you question, I just looked to see if I had a branch w/ changes for this, and I don't. So I'll move it to the sprint backlog.

Transferring this issue from riff-rtc#125 to zenhub repo. It should be in pipeline Sprint Backlog, with a label of Bug and attached to PR riff-rtc#126
