This story is to allocate time to update the NEXTed EDU PRODUCTION site with the staging code that includes the meeting mediator updates and the survey, but NOT the graph or recommendation features.
nexted.riffedu.com currently has mm ver 1.0.0-dev.8 which consists of mattermost-webapp 1.0.0-dev.25 and mattermost-server 1.0.0-dev.7, along with riff-server ver 0.4.0-dev.13.
staging.riffedu.com currently has mm ver 1.0.0-dev.16 which consists of mattermost-webapp 1.0.0-dev.33 and mattermost-server 1.0.0-dev.9, along with riff-server ver 0.4.0-dev.13.
In addition:
[ ] Install the survey plugin on nexted
[ ] Update the list of channels joined by new users in the config file (Display name - slug name)
Coding Help - coding-help
Course Support - course-support
Feedback - feedback
Links and Fun Shares - links-fun
Town Square - town-square (this one is built in I can't change it and don't have to add it)
Weekly Updates - weekly-updates
Note that only the slug name goes in the configuration file, administrators are responsible for creating the actual channels w/ those slug names and may set the display name to whatever they like.
Administrators are also responsible for enabling and configuring the survey plugin via the console and creating the bot account that it needs to use to post those surveys. It may be desirable for that bot account to have an actual email account that can accumulate email (I'm not sure what email will be sent) but I don't think it should be the support email. @adonahue should probably test what messages might come its way.
