When you start a meeting in https://staging.riffedu.com/test-2019-1/ the MM has only a center node. Metrics in dashboard appear normal.

Tested as best I can w. two laptops in the same room. Everything looks good. Would like to have a "regular" meeting just to confirm before moving to accepted.
