Keep graph nodes inside the graphing boundary #182

As a user, when I look at my network graph with a lot of nodes, some of them drift out of view, outside the graph boundary. I would like all the nodes to remain inside the graph, so that they are easy for me to read and look at the tool tips.

A request to handle overflowing nodes gracefully was placed and has been marked as an enhancement two days ago. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Amcharts is working on a fix for this that we would like to take instead of doing more custom work.
