Dashboard: Metrics info text does not resize

Expected behavior: Text will fit inside the box and not be cut off.

NOTE: Dev recommendation was to adjust the padding and see if that solved the problem down to a browser width of 1024. If not, a second solution will be written and estimated.

We are unsure what the intended functionality is for this. Some possible ideas:

• The font size should get smaller (perhaps unreadably small), sized proportionally to the size of the window or the box.
• It should clip so that only the text that fits in the box is displayed, but the font size stays the same. Elipses are displayed where the text gets clipped.
• We could try to move the text up, and make it display in a larger proportion of the box's area, so that the text has more space to fill.
• We don't want to support smaller screens, so the current functionality is fine.

We think the clipping option is easy and reasonable. Scaling the font size seems harder.

Seems like there is more than enough space in the box for the text, even at the current size, if we widen the text area and reduce the top padding at a certain screen width.
